Unlike the other predatory letters and messages that I received about purchasing my mother's home , this one was different … After a tour of the home, we spoke about the realities surrounding a possible sale and what to expect with the items still in the home. There were several courses of action and I didn't feel pressured to do any of them - it was all on the table with no B.S. in between.

When I couldn't live in my house anymore … I was able to move into a residential setting much faster than going through a realtor … made it possible and easy.

I took a chance and called up, we had a very good relationship, very pleasant, and very cordial. It lead up to a closing and then we asked them to please stay in the house a couple weeks after at no rent, and they agreed.
